The Grupo LOEN Y ASOCIADOS was born mid-1996. Bringing together magnificent sector professionals it constitutes a solid group that begins to expand at national and international levels. Today, it has become a benchmark property company offering luxury products on the Costa del Sol.

LOEN & ASDOS., S.L  (Management Company)

The cornerstone of the group, created in 1996, is the springboard for the group’s expansion and associations that go on to form today’s Grupo LOEN Y ASOCIADOS, and for the projects that involve the remaining companies.

Loen & Asdos, S.L. partners several of the group’s companies for the development and management of real estate projects in addition to developing its own independent activity.

PROMANQUE, S.L  (Developer)

Emerges at the end of 1996. It focuses initially on the development of luxury villas, manor houses and upscale housing sites, developing its activity around Marbella and its area of influence. As a property developer, its assignments range from land use management, project supervision, construction and, finally, to the sale of the product.

It manages quality control for its developments, is committed to the highest quality standards in project execution, and takes responsibility for reaching deadlines, price revisions and every detail until the keys are delivered, attending and responding to any incidences following completion, within the usual time frames of the sector.

GRUPO RED POINT (Builders)

The group is made up of the following companies:

This group of companies is responsible for making all the Grupo LOEN Y ASOCIADOS projects a reality, as well as handling projects from other sources.
